Behavioral Health Integration (BHI)Patient can have one or more behavioral conditions to be eligible (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar) Requires 20 minutes per month to be billable (Medicare)

Behavioral Health Integration BHI:

An administration of applicable validated rating scales used through systematic and monitored assessments by qualified members of the care team.

• Initial assessment and follow-up monitoring for Behavioral health care planning in relation to behavioral/psychiatric health problems, including integrated revision for patients who are not progressing or whose conditions require revision of treatment goals.
• Facilitating and coordinating treatment with the beneficiaries diagnosing provider such as psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, counseling and/or psychiatric consultation
•  Continuity of care with a qualified member of the care team
